Product Specialist - Intern or Trainee or Experienced

 

The Product Specialist is a unique exciting role that the industry defines as follows.

We are looking for Interns, Trainee or Experienced Product Specialists with a university degree or foundational background in Business, Marketing, Software Engineering, Data Science, Product Specialisation, IT, Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering etc.

 

The Product Specialist will train to become an expert in one or several TEMS digital product or services to include Excelitte, PMPplanner, Excelitte AI, Omnium Lite and TEMS drones etc.

 

A Product Specialist is trained across product knowledge from a business, high or low-level technical overview, data analysis, social media marketing, direct marketing, direct sales, lead generation, product support and will be able to demonstrate or present a digital product to potential clients.

 

The Product Specialist is likely to be guided/encouraged to further enhance their skill set by attending relevant online courses, getting certified in specific skills set that may be identified as required learning for their specific role.

 

This Product Specialist will shadow and assist one or more C-Exec Levels, to ensure that their learning directly, hands on practical day-to-day skills that cuts across business requirements capture/analysis, product development, implementation, post implementation support, sales & marketing.

 

A Product Specialist will be expected to acquire a very good understanding of how a TEMS product or service works end to end, the problem it solves, how it solves it, capture feedback from clients or potential clients on existing or new features and liaise with the relevant team in getting tasks all completed.

 

The Product Specialist role is an Individual Contributor one and may end up as Pre-Sales Technical Specialist, Sales/Marketing Specialist, Junior Software Engineer. IT Specialist, Business Analyst Solution Architect, Junior Project Manager, IT Security Analyst/Consultant etc
